DeZorgcoach Employee Training App

Design Goals

DeZorgcoach provides counsellors and life coaches to kids, teenagers and adults. Their employees are spread across Holland and the main device of preference is a phone. Onboarding new employees was a pain as there was a lot of training and resources that new joiners had to go through. As this job demands constant upskilling, the company decided to make an application that their employees could use even while travelling and utilize their time. To enhance employee experience, they also decided to provide communication channels to all colleagues via the app itself.

This application was a mix of slack and coursera for a niche set of users. So, I derived inspiration from both. After creating some user flows, I drew some paper wireframes to visualize the main components.
