Findmyhelp is a location based job portal for domestic help. With two different interfaces for helpseekers and helpworkers, the app aims to simplify the hiring process and remove third party brokers and agencies from the equation.
Inspiration
Domestic help in India is one of the few essential services that remain unorganized. It leads to middlemen taking advantage of poor women who are hardworking but uneducated. This application is an attempt to maximize the earning potential of these women while making the process easy those hiring them.

This project evolved into two separate applications designed for the domestic help and the ones seeking it. While designing the application for Helps, the fonts, icons and language had to be as simple as possible. I tried adding more features to the client side. Later, I identified another utility for the application i.e. to manage the help (off days, payments, bonuses etc)
